Returns

You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund:

• the price of the returned products
• the original delivery cost to the extent required by applicable law

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. The refund is processed after we receive and handle the returned parcel.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a free return option is available for the specific order.
