GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Seller provides services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
The online store operates at finterry.com and finterry.pl (alternative domain).

These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store website in a form that allows them to be saved and reproduced.
Information published on the Store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to make offers.
To use the Store, you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and an active email account.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating a Customer Account is voluntary and free of charge.
The agreement for maintaining a Customer Account is concluded for an indefinite period when registration is confirmed by the Seller.
The Customer Account allows you, in particular, to view orders and manage customer details.
The Customer is required to provide accurate and current information.
The Customer may close the Customer Account at any time by sending an appropriate statement to the Seller.
STORE FUNCTIONS
The Store allows customers to browse products, place orders, use the contact form and chat, search for products and submit reviews.
Some functions may require a Customer Account.
PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed through the Store website 24 hours a day.
To place an order, the Customer adds products to the cart, selects a delivery and payment method and confirms the order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to enter into a sales contract.
Before placing an order, the Customer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email.
GOODS AND SALES
Goods offered in the Store are new, free from defects and consistent with their description.
Detailed product information is available on the relevant product pages.
The Seller reserves the right to run promotions and change prices.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery is available to countries and regions offered by the Store, using the delivery methods available for the relevant shipping address.
Detailed shipping costs and delivery information are available on the “Shipping Costs and Delivery Times” page and during checkout.
Collection from the Seller’s premises is available on business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
PAYMENTS
Prices displayed in the Store include applicable taxes and are shown in the currency applicable to the selected market or according to the Store settings.
Available payment methods include:
– electronic payments
– bank transfer
– cash on delivery, where available
– BLIK on site for personal collection
COMPLAINTS
If a product is defective, the Customer has the right to make a complaint.
Complaints should be sent by email to info@finterry.com.
Please include the order number, product name and a description of the problem.
The Seller will consider the complaint within up to 14 days.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

PERSONAL DATA
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply from the date they are published on the Store website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend them for important legal or organisational reasons.
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
