GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Seller provides Services in accordance with these Regulations and applicable law.
The online store is operated at the addresses finterry.com and finterry.pl (alternative domain).

The Regulations are made available free of charge on the Store's website in a manner enabling their acquisition, recording and reproduction.
The information published on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to submit offers.
To use the Store, you must have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email account.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Creating a Customer Account is voluntary and free of charge.
The Customer Account management agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon confirmation of registration by the Seller.
The Customer Account allows you to view orders and manage customer data.
The customer is obliged to provide true and current data.
The Customer may resign from the Customer Account at any time by sending an appropriate declaration to the Seller.
STORE FUNCTIONALITIES
The store allows you to browse the offer, place orders, use the contact form, chat, product search engine, and add reviews.
Some functionalities may require a Customer Account.
PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed via the Store's website 24 hours a day.
To place an order, the Customer adds products to the basket, selects the delivery and payment method, and confirms the order.
Placing an order means submitting an offer to conclude a sales contract.
Before placing an order, the Customer is obliged to read the Regulations and accept their content.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Seller via e-mail.
SALES AND GOODS
The goods offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects and consistent with the description.

The Seller reserves the right to conduct promotional campaigns and change prices.
DELIVERY AND PERSONAL COLLECTION
Delivery is carried out within Poland via courier companies and parcel lockers.
Detailed information about delivery costs and times can be found on the "Price list and delivery times" page.
Personal collection is possible at the Seller's office on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
PAYMENTS
The prices listed in the Store are gross prices and are expressed in Polish zloty.
Available payment methods are:

– bank transfer
– payment on delivery
– BLIK on-site upon personal pickup
COMPLAINTS
If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted via email to info@finterry.com .
In your report, please provide your order number, product name and description of the problem.
The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

PERSONAL DATA
Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the Store's website.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations for important legal or organizational reasons.
In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
