BASICS OF DATA PROCESSING

– legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR),
– legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).


DATA PROCESSED IN CONNECTION WITH ORDERS AND THE CONTRACT

In order to conclude and execute the sales contract, we process the data necessary to process the order, payment, delivery and contact, in particular: name and surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, invoice details (if applicable), order history.

These data are processed for the purpose of:
– performance of the contract,
– fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations,
– handling complaints and returns,
– pursuing or defending claims.

Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the above purposes, and then for the period required by law or until the statute of limitations for claims expires.

– courier companies and parcel locker operators,
